Cerqua Rosara Residence is situated near the village of Valtopina, 400 m above sea level, in an area of outstanding natural beauty rich in flora and fauna.

The swimming pool surrounded by shrubs, trees and lawns, the relaxation area under the ancient oak trees, and the quiet, comfortable apartments will help make your stay pleasant and relaxing.

Valtopina is situated in the Topino valley, between the Colfiorito and Monte Subasio nature reserves.

The many country lanes and paths make the area ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding.

Our guests are also in an ideal position for exploring the rest of Umbria, a region rich in history, art and culture.

The historic towns of Assisi, Foligno, Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Trevi, Spoleto, Gubbio and Perugia are fascinating to visit and they are all within easy reach (between 15 and 45 minutes by car).

Nevertheless, we usually also recommend that our guests take the opportunity to explore the surrounding countryside and mountains, to admire the quaint villages and the breathtaking views, and to see for themselves the simple, traditional rural way of life that still exists.
