ACCOMMODATION AND GROUNDS OF CERQUA ROSARA RESIDENCE

The accommodation is situated on more than 50,000 sq m of meadow and woodland, completely enclosed by fencing.

The main building comprises four apartments, each with private entrance and exclusive balcony/patio areas.  The apartments are all named after plants growing nearby, namely Abelia, Cotoneaster, Gelsomino (Jasmine) and Osmantus (Osmanthus).

Doors and window frames are made of solid oak, as is the furniture.

The swimming pool complies with the latest Health and Safety legislation and is available for the exclusive use of guests.

The pool is 15 m long, 6.5 m wide and 1.5 m deep.  Alongside is a wide paved area with deckchairs and there is also a footbath and a shower.

The swimming pool is situated a short distance from the accommodation to ensure privacy.  It is surrounded by attractive lawns and an abundance of shrubs and flower beds.
